Linux, especially. For whatever reason, it decided to change the name 
of my encrypted luks partition (home machine), so I had to read through 
dead-end mailing lists for 3+ hours. Barely worth it.

Apple has the nicest GUI, but I think I've found a good middle-ground:
  - `starx firefox` for all web browsing needs
  - everything else in tty1
  - audio default to whatever system
  - remote home directory overlay on existing one, with local caching 
of .config, .local, and home-dir dotfiles

I really wish there was a nicer GUI for this shit. I have FreeBSD on 
that little lappie, and I'm thinking about putting it on my beast 
machine. Only problem is gaming, which I guess I could always keep a 
linux partition for, since I don't do anything else while I play games.

Also, for whatever reason, my current setup turns off my fans after 
coming out of suspend. I suppose these SuperMicro boards aren't meant 
for sleeping...
